We gathered on the Great War Island to do something great!

In cooperation with our partner Ekostar Pak, 20 volunteers from the Microsoft Development Center in Serbia bravely rolled up their sleeves and launched a cleanup campaign, which once again demonstrated the power of unity and dedication to preserving nature.

This ecological initiative is part of our mission to preserve Serbia’s natural treasures. On that day, volunteers collected waste from the island’s shores and managed to collect an incredible 150 bags of waste! In this way, this action became another great example of long-term cooperation with Microsoft, a company that truly stands out as a leader in social responsibility.

Belgrade’s Great War Island, located at the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers, with its rich flora and fauna, deserves our protection and attention. On this occasion, we not only cleaned the area, but the action inspired all of us to get even more involved in preserving our environment. United, we can achieve great things and create a healthier and more beautiful tomorrow for all of us!
