Kokin Brod and Vranješ viewpoint were the scene of another successful joint action by the Go Green team and the Discover Serbia organization. On June 14, 30 volunteers gathered at this beautiful location with a specific goal, and in a short time, they left the area tidy, functional, and more beautiful than they found it.

The volunteers installed 30 birdhouses and three waste bins, and then proceeded to landscape the area around the viewpoint.

Installing birdhouses is not just a symbolic gesture; it is a concrete intervention that increases the biodiversity of the location and creates nesting conditions for species that are otherwise losing their habitats due to human pressure on nature. The bins were thoughtfully placed at points with the highest visitor traffic to remain effective months after the action.

“What surprised me was how little it takes for a place to look completely different. A few hours of work, team spirit, combined efforts, and a little will, and a viewpoint you’ve seen for years suddenly looks brand new,” said one of the participants.

Discover Serbia proudly continues this collaboration because every action, regardless of its format, leaves something concrete behind. Everyone who visits Vranješ viewpoint in the coming period will see the trace of this day — and that is the point. Eco team building is not a substitute for a classic team outing — it is an upgrade, an experience that, in addition to fostering togetherness, brings something tangible.
