Kindergarten “Skadarlija”, one of the most significant preschool education institutions in Belgrade, radiates with new splendor at the beginning of this spring! Located in the bustling old city center for 70 years, this kindergarten currently serves more than 600 children and employs 100 people, which is why we are particularly proud to have been given the honor of enhancing this oasis of play and happy childhood.

In their desire to strengthen ecological awareness and encourage community engagement, the Foundation “Serbian National Internet Domain Registry“ and Dogma Brewery joined forces and through the Local on the Internet project donated funds for seedlings to our association “Discover Serbia“, and also participated in the greening action itself.

Through the dedicated work of ten brave volunteers, the kindergarten has become not only a more beautiful place to play, but also a true magical kingdom that the children already call the fairy tale garden “Alice in Wonderland“. The main star of this transformed oasis are hydrangeas – 80 new seedlings that have brought color, life and joy to the kindergarten yard. In addition to aesthetic value, this plant provides numerous benefits for children, including education about nature, improved air quality and development of ecological awareness.
