In line with its commitment to environmental protection, the Discover Serbia team organized an impressive reforestation campaign on Mount Jeljen. This ecological action aimed not only to enrich the local ecosystem but also to provide volunteers with the opportunity to directly contribute to a greener and healthier environment.

On Wednesday, March 25, the Discover Serbia team had the honor of bringing new energy to the courtyard of the “22. oktobar” elementary school in Surčin, together with volunteers from Belgrade Airport (VINCI Airports).
A total of 1,200 Photinia seedlings (lat. Photinia) were planted as a symbol of a new beginning for young people from the Zvezda Center, to support children without parental care in becoming independent.

The fifth and final action within the mission of the “Otkrij Beograd” volunteers to plant a total of 2,000 laurel cherry saplings during 2025 was held at the “Nada Dimić” Medical School in Belgrade.

This autumn, Discover Serbia continues its successful tradition of collaboration with A1 company, within the initiative ‘Let’s Renovate for Children’. After renovating four kindergartens together last year, we have continued our mission of improving spaces where the youngest grow up this year.
