Discover Serbia organized a dynamic team building through orienteering for NTT Data employees — an activity that perfectly connects people, nature, and new skills. Through practical training and an adventurous spirit, participants mastered the basics of navigation in nature using a compass and topographic map, learning how to solve challenges together and find the right direction.

Under the guidance of Discover Serbia’s experienced professional team, every step of this outdoor experience was carefully designed and supported, ensuring that everyone acquired knowledge that will benefit them both at work and in everyday life. Through teamwork, communication, and strategy, orienteering proved to be an excellent tool for strengthening mutual trust and connection among colleagues.

In addition to the unforgettable orienteering experience, participants had the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of this region and learn about part of its rich cultural heritage. They were particularly impressed by the visit to Ravanica Monastery — one of the most significant medieval monasteries, known for its exceptional frescoes and spiritual atmosphere.
