Discover Serbia proudly organized an exceptional two-day team building event for employees of NTT DATA Business Solutions. This event, held in the beautiful surroundings of Fruške Terme, brought together a team of 30 people and combined exciting tasks and games that promote communication, collaboration, and mutual understanding among participants.

On the first day, we prepared LEGO Team Building for the participants, which was implemented by the Children’s Innovation Center from Belgrade. The program was designed to suit both complete beginners and professionals. Regardless of their previous experience with LEGO blocks, participants enjoyed different phases of the activity. They started with simple block-building tasks, progressing to building complex structures equipped with sensors, microcontrollers, and motors, capable of movement.

During this process, the teams went through several stages of training, eventually becoming similar to a Formula 1 pit crew, welcoming the car with precision and coordination. This experience helped erase boundaries and prejudices among team members, strengthening their team spirit.

Forest Wellness on Saturday morning was more than just an excursion – it was a deep experience of connecting with nature and among team members. In this natural environment, stress and tensions disappeared, while energy and harmony enveloped each participant. Nature served as an inexhaustible source of inspiration, and the time spent in the forest refreshed the mind and stimulated creativity.

Working in a natural environment encouraged collaboration and exchange of experiences among team members. Upon returning to work, participants felt the warmth of harmony and greater understanding among colleagues. This experience allowed them to return with new energy and motivation for further work.
