More than 100 volunteers from Ardagh Metal set off from Belgrade to Kopaonik with one clear idea – to leave a mark measured by deeds, not words, through joint efforts.

As many as 35 volunteers gathered to give the yard of the “Zemunski biser” kindergarten a completely new look in just a few hours. Thanks to the collaboration with Microsoft, the Discover Serbia team successfully completed another project, making this the third kindergarten in Zemun to receive a makeover this year.
The new eco-company Servier joined our green movement and demonstrated immense strength at their first event. As many as 50 volunteers from the company stood shoulder to shoulder with us and, as part of World Cleanup Day, took on the challenge of cleaning Great War Island – an area where waste continually accumulates, threatening one of Belgrade’s most beautiful natural sanctuaries.
As part of the global World Cleanup Day initiative, Discover Serbia organized an environmental action on Fruška Gora from September 19 to 20. 100 volunteers from the Go Green Team company participated, including their colleagues from Budapest, which gave the action an international character and added symbolism of joint action.
The Discover Serbia Association, in collaboration with Bosch company, carried out the largest and most massive cleanup action of the Obedska Bara Special Nature Reserve. More than 200 volunteers from Bosch company and 30 members of the Discover Serbia Association participated in this significant initiative.
In Dorćol, in the courtyard of the “Danube Kindergarten,” another beautiful story of unity and humanity has found its chapter.
Another successful cleaning action was held on the beautiful Lake Međuvršje, organized by the ecological organization Discover Serbia in cooperation with the socially responsible company Emil Frey
The WBF organization and the Discover Serbia team jointly launched the regional initiative “Future of Rivers = Future of the Region,” bringing together partners from across the Western Balkans in the fight for clean rivers and healthier ecosystems. Through collaboration with Discover Serbia, Bosch company became part of this major endeavor and involved 90 of their employee volunteers, who made an enormous contribution to achieving the action’s goals through their work.
In the municipality of Zemun, there are numerous kindergartens that require community support. For this reason, the Discover Serbia team once again found itself where it was most needed – this time at the “Little Prince” kindergarten.
As summer heat begins, watering becomes a crucial step in preserving every tree. This action is dedicated precisely to that – caring for seedlings so they can survive dry periods and continue to grow at full strength.
