On Friday, November 29, 2024, the Discover Serbia team, with the support of volunteers from the National Domain of RS RNIDS and Dogma Brewery, successfully carried out a planting action in the “Radosno Detinjstvo” kindergarten at Banovo Brdo.

On Zlatibor, one of Serbia’s most beautiful mountains, a significant action was carried out to restore the Golden Pine – a natural phenomenon that has almost disappeared from these areas over the years.
The Discover Serbia team, together with fifteen volunteers from the “Register of National Internet Domain Names of Serbia” (RNIDS) Foundation, successfully carried out another afforestation action within the “Lungs of Belgrade” initiative, which aims to provide Belgrade with cleaner and fresher air.
Despite the cold weather, as part of the afforestation action held with the help of 50 volunteers from the company Agrosava, we planted as many as 1,500 seedlings in the Petrovčić settlement.

As part of the Lungs of Belgrade initiative, a major reforestation action took place on October 25th, where 130 volunteers from Microsoft Development Center Serbia planted 2000 seedlings of pedunculate oak, one of the most valuable native species in Serbia.
As part of the Belgrade’s Lungs initiative, a major reforestation action took place in Surčin on Saturday, October 19, where 5,000 seedlings were planted with the support of Yandex company and their volunteers.
We partnered with A1 company to provide New Belgrade kindergartens with a green oasis and a brighter environment where children spend their days.
We were part of an unforgettable eco-event in the beautiful setting of the Arboretum of the Faculty of Forestry in Belgrade. In collaboration with the French brand Mustela, Discover Serbia organized unique eco-workshops, enabling children and their parents to learn more about ecology and environmental protection.
In cooperation with our partner Ekostar Pak, 20 volunteers from the Microsoft Development Center in Serbia bravely rolled up their sleeves and launched a cleanup campaign, which once again demonstrated the power of unity and dedication to preserving nature.
