As many as 35 volunteers gathered to give the yard of the “Zemunski biser” kindergarten a completely new look in just a few hours. Thanks to the collaboration with Microsoft, the Discover Serbia team successfully completed another project, making this the third kindergarten in Zemun to receive a makeover this year.

As many as 50 volunteers from the company stood shoulder to shoulder with us and, as part of World Cleanup Day, took on the challenge of cleaning Great War Island – an area where waste continually accumulates, threatening one of Belgrade’s most beautiful natural sanctuaries.

The WBF organization and the Discover Serbia team jointly launched the regional initiative “Future of Rivers = Future of the Region,” bringing together partners from across the Western Balkans in the fight for clean rivers and healthier ecosystems. Through collaboration with Discover Serbia, Bosch company became part of this major endeavor and involved 90 of their employee volunteers, who made an enormous contribution to achieving the action’s goals through their work.
