CSR League of Serbia
The CSR League is a ranking list of companies based on measurable social and environmental contributions. Each activity earns points and is included in the CSR Index according to its real impact. The highest value is given to actions such as afforestation and river clean-ups, where the index is calculated based on concrete results (seedlings, area, volunteers, hours, waste, CO₂ effect).
Corporate and internal events also earn points, but have a smaller impact on the overall result. The CSR Index provides a clear, transparent, and comparable overview of each company’s contribution over time.

As an event manager, my role encompasses organizing various events for employees, from internal gatherings to larger corporate initiatives. I am particularly inspired by and find satisfaction in projects with an ecological and socially responsible focus, which connect people, encourage engagement, and contribute to creating a positive impact on the community. I believe that small, well-conceived actions can bring about significant changes, and therefore, through every project, I strive to foster collaboration, employee engagement, and long-term sustainability.

As the Employee Engagement Manager at the Microsoft Development Center in Serbia, I work alongside my colleagues to oversee the employee experience for over 800 engineers, while simultaneously designing and implementing the D&I strategy.
